Navy Officer Extorted Money from the Cadets

Officer was claimed in money extortion from the cadets of Pacific High Marine Institute in Primorsk region. 150 Victims was found. During several years officer forced the cadets to pay him part of the money from their salary and extorted money from their parents. Investigation shows that suspect obtained from 600 to 1200 rubles per month from each cadet. Suspect is in custody at the moment.
