Official from Tula Was Sent to Prison for Heavy Swindling

Maksim Dudarev, the head of the Russian Federal Property Foundation, was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment by the court of the Tula city due to the case of heavy swindling.
Crimes took place in the period between November 2005 and April 2006. Dudarev introduced himself as an Arbitration Court official, and promised 2 entrepreneurs the organization and help in committing the repair works in the court building. Official gave them false documents when he received 200 thousand dollars.
The sentence was passed with the consideration of the fact that Dudarev fully compensate the damage during the investigation.
