Co-Owner of "Arbat-Prestige" Arrested in Moscow

Vladimir Nekrasov, co-owner and head of the largest chain of perfume and cosmetic goods shops in Russia, was arrested in Moscow. He is charged with heavy tax evasion.
Police assumes that he evaded the taxes on sum of approximately 50 million rubles during the period between January 2005 and December 2006.
"Arbat-Prestige" was founded in 1989. In 1999 the specialized shop was opened. According to the data of April 2007, the company includes 94 shops.
