Second Suspect is Arrested Due to the Case of "Arbat-Prestige"

Ostankino court of Moscow arrested the second person in case of evading the taxes by the company "Arbat-Prestige", yesterday evening January 24. He turned to be the "Evergate" company consultant, Sergey Schneider.
Schneider is also charged with heavy tax and fees evasion. The maximum sentence due to this crime is 6 years imprisonment. The tax check formal document of the company "Arbat-Prestige" was confiscated in the flat of the suspect.
Sergey Schneider is well known as Semen Mogilevitch, "Don Simenon" and "A Man with Seven Faces" in russian and foreign criminal circles. He was under the decades of criminal investigations of many countries special services, including USA. He has several citizenships and has changed his surname several times.
