 Gas exploded in one of the houses of Gudermes city. Explosion resulted in the fire. 4 people, 3 of them are children, were injured. They had been hospitalized.

One more gas explosion killed woman in the city Beslan, North Osetia the same day.Gas exploded in one of the houses of Elan village, Volgograd region, 15 January. The house was severely damaged and fell. Eventually, old woman and child died. Another explosion happened at the metal factory, located in Sovietskiy district of Volgograd, several hours earlier. 4 security officers were injured, one of them died later in hospital. Gas explosion took place in one of the flat blocks in the city Zheleznovodsk, Stavropol region at 2:18(GMT+3), 14 January. Six people were died in three apartments: grandmother with two grandchildren, 76-year old man, plus man and woman.
