 Moscow Ostankino Court authorized the arrest of Andrei Starikov - the security systems of "Promsvyazkapital" holding worker. "Promsvyazbank" is the holding's daughter company, the one of the top rated banks in Russia.Starikov was arrested on Wednesday. He is charged with an attempt of the illegal grab of the property (over 2000 square meters) on Derbenevskaya quay, building #7. Accusation was presented towards the criminal group at Friday morning. Darya Litvina, the social communications director of "Promsvyazkapital", informed that neither holding nor companies, financially connected with it, have any relations with the criminal case. Investigation did motivate the Starikov's arrest application with the fact that he can disappear and interfere into the investigation. Starikov said that he didn't commit the crime. Due to his words, the chase was initiated by the people, who owed him 160 thousand dollars. Starikov suppose that debtors substituted him to avoid the money return.
Starikov's lawyer offered the judge to release the arrested under the deposit of 1 million rubles. However, the judge refused the offer. The defense side is going to appeal the court's decision in the Moscow City Court.
