Criminals also provided BCS with false agreement. Later all the shares were transacted to Yarigin's personal account and sold out at stock exchange market. After commission there were 356 million rubles at Yarigin's personal account. The fraud was detected on transaction attempt. "Absolut Bank" security systems disabled Yarigin's account. The signature of deputy chairman of the bank, Dmitry Ivlushin, was used by criminals in the agreement. Deputy Chairman said he didn't sign such kinds of agreements and didn't even suppose who could have used his passport information. The money is secured at the moment. Two Novosibirsk citizens are charged with "Fraud, committed by criminal group; large sum fraud". Investigation maintains that Yarigin and Kocheryan were only playing the role of "pawns" in the crime.
