Teenagers Camcordered the Murder of Cat in Ufa

Police investigated the case connected with three 12-year old teenagers, who killed a cat. Murder was committed in the city Ufa, Bashkiria. Violent children hadn't been charged due to the infant age.
However, their parents will be charged. Administrative cases had been already initiated and were directed to the Infant Criminal Commission.
Investigation showed that three boys caught the cat and brought it in the house porch. Children beat poor animal, punched it in head and trunk and then threw it from the 6th floor. Cat died. Children camcordered the crime with a cell phone. Their parents are threatened with a fine due to the clause 5.35 Administrative Offences Code of Russian Federation (non-execution of parental duties and wrong education of their children).
