Two local citizens arrested and charged with money extortion in St.Petersburg region. Criminals were extorting money from parents of Sasha Pronin and Maxim Linkov, two disappeared children from Tosno city. Unknown called Maxim’s father and demanded 1 million rubles for his release. Criminal's phone number was initialized and the location was established later.It was a citizen from Ryabovo village, Tosno city district. He had immediately given out his comrade, local psychiatric hospital patient. Arrested suspects did confess that they didn't know where the children might be at the moment; criminals had only decided to "earn" some money. Criminal case initiation is at process. Children went for a walk on February 1, but didn't return home. There are not yet any results in the search of 8-year old Maxim Linkov and 7-year old Sasha Pronin. The father said that during his own investigation he found out some information from Moscow train station of St.Petersburg patrol policemen; this info was about two children, who were noticed in one of the electric trains with an unknown woman. Besides that, a woman who saw the children that day, reported to the police. She informed about two boys, similar to the photos that she had seen on the Internet. She also saw them in the electric train heading to St.Petersburg; but they were beggars.
