 The Court of Omsk had sentenced a local resident to 15 years strict conditions imprisonment. Criminal attempted tortures on 3-yearl old boy during 3 months. Child died of wounds.Eventually, Denis Bekarukov, 32-year old criminal was found guilty due to the clauses #117 and #111, Justice Code of RF (Torture and heavy injuries attempts, caused death). Due to the Prosecution Department data, Bekarukov tortured the son of his civil wife during 2,5 months. The boy was hospitalized with heavy belly injury, August last year. Doctors said that peritonitis had been developed in boy's organism. The boy died. Criminal didn't confess his guilt and investigation confirmed it later.
